On April 2015, 4, Mibbo employees went to Anxi Dayongmen to participate in a two-day outdoor and outdoor development training, with the aim of enhancing the teamwork and cohesion of the enterprise team. Before the official start, the coach broke down the barriers between people through a series of enjoyable activities, established a foundation of mutual understanding, and created a team atmosphere. Then, under the guidance of the coach, the team split into three teams to work together on bridges, dreams, supercomputers, and team dynamics. The strength of the three teams has its own strengths, but we don't distinguish between high and low, but in the process, you gain something, understand something, think about the way and behavior patterns before work, what obstacles are set up for your work, and pass on distortion and execution.

Through this outreach training, each team saw their own strengths and weaknesses, and also felt the importance of teamwork and communication, which laid a good foundation for future work. Mibo's colleagues have learned from this practice, and their experience has changed and benefited a lot, and they have more experience in life. After experiencing the success of dedication, collaboration and courage, everyone felt the essence of "responsibility, collaboration, and self-confidence".
